So, I tackled Black Friday. Crazy sales and great bargains! Had to treat myself to something too, and added this beauty--Le Creuset 8 qt. oval round to my collection. Made vegetarian lasagna tonight and made the sauce in here. Le Creuset is made in France, has a lifetime guarantee, and is truly the best cookware out there. Veggie casserole is my go-to meal when I find myself in front of the fridge scratching my head a bit and wondering what I feel like whipping up. It's also my favorite post-hot-yoga-class meal because it's EASY, QUICK and it bakes up nice and tender in the oven while I'm in the shower.
