Raw Eating

I have discovered recently that I am fascinated by the idea of the Raw Diet or Raw Eating. This blogger, author, former body builder and all-around Raw Food enthusiast describes the benefits of a raw diet very clearly:

Although I may never be 100% Raw Diet I do think that incorporating the maximum amount of RAW uncooked fruits and vegetables into the diet is a MUST and has absolute maximum health benefits. Thinking of trying some raw recipes this week so… stay tuned! :)
