Today was the 10th and final day of my juice fast. When I embarked on my journey, my goal was to try a 3-day juice fast. But after three days I wanted to keep going to experience the full cleansing and detoxifying benefits of a fast. So you are all probably wondering how my 3 day juice fast went? Well, it was great! It wasn't the easiest thing I've ever done but it wasn't too bad either. Last night I watched a documentary film that I've been meaning to see for awhile now. It's called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead by Joe Cross. The good thing is that it's streaming on Netflix if you have an account, so you don't have to wait to get a DVD in the mail =) I'm a huge fan of streaming Netflix.
